Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for construction projects, be organized and have excellent problem-solving skills. No previous experience in the field is required, but a good understanding of construction processes and materials is essential.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility to plan, direct and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes organizing building materials, coordinating contractors, scheduling tasks, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring safety protocols on site are followed and inspecting the quality of work. They will also be responsible for reporting progress to senior management on a regular basis.

The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication skills as they will be expected to liaise with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. They must also be able to work independently as well as in a team, while having a keen eye for detail in order to spot discrepancies between plans and actual results during project execution.
