Job Description:
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The ideal candidate should have experience in all phases of construction, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and completion. The Construction Manager will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers and other personnel to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. Additionally, the Construction Manager will be responsible for maintaining good safety standards on all construction sites.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as civil engineering or architecture
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction management or project management roles
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage personnel at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
