Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire construction process, from planning and designing to execution and completion. The position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the activities of staff, subcontractors, and vendors involved in the construction process
• Develop plans for the project timeline, budget, and materials needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the construction process
• Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Negotiate contracts with outside parties involved in the project
• Create detailed reports on project progress and cost estimates
• Supervise quality control of work done by contractors
• Provide technical advice on matters related to construction projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of building products, construction details, applicable laws, and building codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
