Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of financial tasks including budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and reporting. This position will require strong analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow statements, tax returns, and other documents related to financial activities
• Analyze data to identify trends or discrepancies in financial transactions
• Participate in the forecasting of revenue and expenses for the organization
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable records and ensure accuracy
• Develop internal controls for the accounting department
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Perform audits of existing processes to identify areas for improvement
• Provide technical advice on financial matters related to the business operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
