Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be comfortable working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, budget estimation and timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Manage resources and delegate tasks to the team as required
• Monitor progress of the project and make necessary adjustments or improvements as required
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of the project
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Evaluate performance of team members regularly and provide guidance or corrective action when necessary
• Monitor competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience working in a Project Management role
• Proven track record of successful completion of projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English, Arabic is a plus
• Ability to think analytically and problem solve effectively
