The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans that help reach organizational goals. Previous sales experience in the Doha area is preferred but not required.

The role includes:
• Developing and implementing strategies that align with business objectives
• Setting performance targets for the teams and individuals on a quarterly basis
• Monitoring and assessing performance against those targets
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in sales processes
• Identifying new markets and customer types for potential growth
• Building relationships with key stakeholders within existing customer accounts
• Developing creative campaigns to generate leads
• Creating presentations and delivering them effectively to potential customers
• Negotiating contracts with clients, including pricing, terms & conditions, delivery schedules etc.
