We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1200 and the opportunity to work with a great team in a wonderful city.

Qualifications:
-At least 5 years’ experience as a professional chef
-Able to lead, motivate and inspire an international team of chefs, kitchen staff and stewards/stewardesses
-Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards
-Excellent knowledge of a variety of cuisines from around the world
-Ability to manage resources efficiently and maintain cost control measures
Responsibilities:
-Develop innovative dishes based on customer feedback while maintaining quality standards.
-Create menus that reflect seasonal ingredients as well as cultural cuisine.
-Manage all kitchen operations including ordering and maintaining supplies.
-Train staff in proper cooking methods, sanitation procedures and kitchen safety guidelines.
-Oversee the preparation of food for large events such as banquets, weddings or parties.
