Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements of land parcels in order to document land boundaries, physical features, and legal disputes. The Land Surveyor will also be responsible for analyzing survey results and preparing detailed reports or maps. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or equivalent experience
-2+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the Middle East region
-Proficiency in using surveying software such as Autodesk Civil 3D or AutoCAD
-Ability to read/interpret legal documents related to surveying
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English language)
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
