Project Manager (Dubai)

Job Summary:
The main purpose of the Project Manager position is to ensure successful completion of projects by leading and coordinating all project related activities within established timelines, budgets and quality standards. The Project Manager will work with internal teams, clients and external partners to plan, execute and complete projects successfully.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans outlining goals, strategies, resources needed, timelines for completion and budget requirements
• Coordinate project activities including but not limited to staffing, scheduling tasks & deliverables, tracking milestones and evaluating progress & results
• Monitor progress against project plans; identify risks & develop mitigation strategies as needed
• Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved in the decision-making process
• Maintain effective communication between stakeholders including clients, team members & external partners
• Provide regular updates on all projects; identify areas of improvement & suggest solutions

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles; experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time & within budget
• Excellent communication skills; able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels • Demonstrated problem solving skills with ability to think strategically & creatively
