Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Dubai. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. You will manage staff, ensure quality customer service, maintain operational standards and work towards achieving financial goals. You will also be required to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and profits.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a luxury or high-end environment
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Great attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be eligible to work in Dubai
