We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in topographic, hydrographic and geodetic surveys. The Surveyor will be responsible for collecting data in the field and transforming it into maps or charts for use by architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting field surveys using the appropriate equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, level instruments etc.
• Collecting data such as measurements of angles, distances, elevations and geographic coordinates.
• Recording data accurately and producing detailed reports and diagrams.
• Analyzing survey results using specialized software packages such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Maintaining records such as survey plans, documents and reports.
• Assisting with the preparation of legal documents related to land boundaries and property ownership.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field is preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor for at least three years is required.
• Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques, instruments, procedures and regulations is necessary. • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software programs is desirable. • Good organizational skills with attention to detail are essential for this role. • Ability to work independently in remote locations with minimal supervision is required. • Physical fitness for outdoor work is an advantage • Ability to communicate effectively across different teams is essential • We are ready to consider an immigrant who meets the above requirements for this position
