Position: Merchandiser
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1100 SAR
Type of Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, marketing and customer service. They should also be motivated, organized and have excellent communication skills.

The key responsibilities for this position include:
• Assessing customer needs and preferences in order to recommend products accordingly.
• Analyzing sales data to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Developing promotional strategies and campaigns that increase product visibility and sales.
• Providing customer support by answering questions and resolving issues related to product availability or delivery.
• Maintaining stock levels of existing products as well as introducing new products/brands into the market.
• Collaborating with buyers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the store.
• Ensuring store displays are attractive, organized and up-to-date with current trends in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles such as product placement, pricing strategies, etc.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis methods.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision & under tight deadlines.
