Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager in Al-Kuwait to manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and safety. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate operations. We offer a competitive salary of 1800. We are also willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of warehouse personnel
• Manage stock levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Oversee the receiving, unloading, storing, sorting, picking and distribution of goods
• Monitor safety standards in the warehouse
• Train and motivate staff members as necessary
Qualifications:
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
• Good problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations is an advantage
