HR manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role requires someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to think critically and problem-solve efficiently.

The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff, while managing the current employee database. You will also be in charge of developing processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of HR operations.

You must have a strong understanding of employment law and regulations, as well as experience in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and workplace safety. A good handle on data analysis techniques is also desired.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 kuwaiti dinars per month. We are open to considering candidates from outside Kuwait who meet the requirements for this role.
