We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Electrician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with electrical systems in a commercial setting. This position is offering a competitive salary of 1600. We also welcome applications from immigrants who may be looking to move to Doha.

The main responsibility of the Electrician is to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components of industrial machinery and equipment. This includes installing power supply wiring and conduit such as: EMT, O-CAL, Rigid conduit, MC cable, strut, etc. The successful candidate must also be able to diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test instruments such as voltmeters and ohmmeters; inspect electrical systems and equipment for compliance with relevant codes; fabricate electrical components; repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures; consult technical manuals for specific information concerning the maintenance of the electric system.

The successful candidate must have prior experience working with electrical systems in a commercial setting; possess a working knowledge of applicable codes such as National Electrical Code (NEC) and International Building Code (IBC); demonstrate excellent troubleshooting abilities; have strong organizational skills; and possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledgeable in use of power tools is preferred but not required.
