Job Duties
The main responsibilities of the Excavator Operator will include:
- Operating excavators in a safe and efficient manner
- Keeping track of excavations progress with daily reports
- Following safety protocols and procedures when operating machinery
- Maintaining the excavator in good condition by performing regular checks and conducting repairs when necessary
- Creating a safe work environment by adhering to the relevant safety regulations
- Providing assistance with other related tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
The successful candidate should possess:
- Previous experience operating excavators is desired but not essential
- Ability to read blueprints or plans when necessary
- Good knowledge of common excavation techniques
- A valid driver’s license with no major violations
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Physical strength and stamina as some tasks may require heavy lifting or long hours on the job
