Accountant vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling financial operations within our organization.

Responsibilities include:

- Performing daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance;
- Preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and summaries;
- Auditing invoices and other documents to ensure accuracy;
- Analyzing financial data and reports to identify trends or discrepancies;
- Maintaining and reconciling the company's bank accounts;
- Ensuring the accuracy of all accounting records;
- Assisting with tax preparation and planning.


Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role;
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations;
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks);
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail;
- Strong analytical skills coupled with problem solving abilities.
