Merchandiser – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a talented Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. We offer a competitive salary of 1200QAR and will consider immigrants for this position.

The Merchandiser will be responsible for identifying customer needs, selecting appropriate products and services to meet those needs, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with all levels of the organization. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and select appropriate products/services
• Educate customers on product benefits and features
• Locate new vendors/suppliers to increase product availability
• Create promotional materials and displays to increase customer interest
• Develop effective pricing strategies to maximize profits
• Track inventory levels and monitor stock movements
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality products/services
• Analyze sales data to identify trends in customer buying preferences

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of retail software & POS systems (preferred)
