Job Title: CNC Operator

Salary: 1700 USD/month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-precision parts for our clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, as the parts must meet high quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications.
• Load the machine with the appropriate tools, materials, and instructions.
• Verify accuracy of dimensions using a variety of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions or errors in order to determine the appropriate action needed to correct them.
• Make necessary changes or adjustments to tooling or programming when needed.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines in order to ensure proper working condition.
• Maintain records of production data such as cycle times, number of pieces produced, etc.
• Follow safety procedures when working with machinery and hazardous materials.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training is beneficial but not required.
• Previous experience working with CNC machines is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other documents related to the job.
• Ability to work independently while following standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination skills are essential for this role. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required in order to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation of the machine(s). • Excellent organizational skills are needed in order to manage multiple tasks at once while meeting tight deadlines. • Must be willing to work overtime if needed in order to meet customer demands.
