Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting activities, such as bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, auditing, taxes and other related tasks. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Qualifications Requirements:
To be considered for this position you must possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting/financial role;
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software packages;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking preferred but not essential.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements according to company standards;
• Manage accounts payable/receivable functions including invoicing, payments processing and reconciliations;
• Maintain financial records for all transactions within the company;
• Prepare monthly management reports on financial performance for review by senior management team;
• Develop budgets for departments within the company and track actual performance against budgeted amounts;
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of payments made to employees;
• Ensure that all relevant taxes are paid within prescribed deadlines;
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with statutory regulations.
