We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our wine program, as well as providing knowledgeable and professional service to our customers.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of wines from around the world, including information about the production process, flavor profiles, and appropriate pairings. The Sommelier should also have excellent customer service skills with the ability to deliver an exceptional experience for each guest.

The successful candidate will be expected to create wine lists, make recommendations to guests on wines that complement their meal selections, and provide training on proper storage and handling of all wines in the restaurant. They will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all wines available in the restaurant.
