Reef Al Fujairah City is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. This person must be motivated, energetic and have a proven track record of success in sales.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1400, with the potential for growth within the organization. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role and do not require any prior work experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving sales performance, and developing key relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing an effective sales strategy to achieve growth objectives
• Managing daily operations of the sales team, including training, coaching, and goal setting
• Identifying new business opportunities through market research and cold calling
• Building strong relationships with customers and partners
• Establishing customer service standards and ensuring they are met
• Monitoring customer satisfaction levels to ensure high levels of quality service
• Proactively addressing customer concerns or complaints with appropriate solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.
