Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or any relevant field is preferred.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
β’ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
β’ High attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
β’ No experience required; we are ready to consider candidates with no experience.
Responsibilities:
β’ Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing documents, data entry, mail sorting etc.
β’ Organizing office operations and procedures such as handling calls or emails from customers and other stakeholders.
β’ Answering the main telephone line and routing calls appropriately.
β’ Managing schedules and calendars for the office staff members; coordinating meetings, conferences, events and travel arrangements.
β’ Providing support to the management team; researching information when needed.
β’ Maintaining office supplies by checking stocks; placing orders; evaluating new products.
