Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and at least two years of experience working with data analysis. Outstanding problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL is preferred but not required.

Job Duties:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting data from various sources and analyzing it to identify trends and insights that will inform business decisions. He/she will design and develop reports using software programs such as Microsoft Excel or Tableau; create visualizations for data analysis; develop metrics that measure performance; conduct regular audits of data accuracy; provide support for other departments when needed; ensure quality control of data across systems; develop processes to improve data collection methods; monitor changes in the industry landscape that may affect business decisions; stay up-to-date on best practices related to data analysis; collaborate with other departments to ensure high quality customer service.
