Job Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring the highest quality of customer service is provided. This position offers a salary of 1200 AED per month and we are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Job Duties
• Oversee daily operations of the team to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
• Provide guidance and direction to team members when needed
• Monitor customer interactions and take appropriate action when necessary
• Ensure that customer standards are consistently met or exceeded
• Identify any staff training needs and work with other departments to ensure those needs are met
• Develop strategies that increase customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional manner

Key Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role within a service environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate staff members
• Ability to problem solve quickly in high pressure situations
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of relevant software programs such as MS Office Suite

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role • Valid driver’s license
