We are looking for an experienced HR manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The role of HR Manager involves developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes overseeing recruitment efforts, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, providing training and development opportunities, and aiding in the development of organizational strategies.

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as superior problem solving skills. They should have an ability to think logically and strategically while also being able to remain flexible in order to address unexpected situations. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not essential; however, experience in human resources or a related field is required. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is also essential.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all levels within the organization. An understanding of labor laws and regulations is desirable along with experience managing employee relations issues such as disciplinary action or performance management processes.
