We are looking for a professional Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and accurately processing financial transactions.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience working in a banking environment, be knowledgeable about financial products and services, and have excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Assist customers with their financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals and account transfers
• Provide customers with information on banking products and services
• Identify opportunities to upsell banking products
• Resolve customer complaints or inquiries in timely fashion
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Monitor cash levels at the teller station
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
• Generate reports on daily transactions and other activities as required.
