Sales Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our sales operations, managing existing customer relationships as well as developing new business opportunities.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and an ability to think strategically. You must be confident in building relationships with customers and have the skills to manage sales teams both in-person and remotely. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and use your knowledge to develop effective sales strategies that promote growth.

Your duties will include organizing sales plans, training new team members, establishing targets, creating reports on sales performance, monitoring customer feedback, negotiating prices and contracts with clients, tracking sales figures and ensuring compliance with company policies.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month for this role. While experience is preferred, we are willing to consider applicants who have no prior experience in the field but have the necessary qualifications or skillset needed for the job.
