The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with clients, and leading the sales team. The salary for this position is 1700 AED. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of sales management experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability by developing the market and establishing good customer relationships. This includes developing strategies, setting objectives, managing budgets, analyzing data, implementing tactics to increase customer base, monitoring progress and adjusting plans accordingly. Other duties include managing the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals; recruiting, training and motivating staff; overseeing staff performance; staying up to date on market trends; providing customer service; attending events/conferences; negotiating contracts; creating reports/presentations; representing the company at trade shows/exhibits; conducting market research; initiating new ideas/programs to increase customer satisfaction.
