Requirements for the Candidate:
• Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Must have solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools and equipment
• Ability to read, interpret and understand plans and specifications
• Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as necessary for job-related tasks
• Must be an immigrant or have authorization to work in Abu Dhabi.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning stages through completion.
• Supervise a team of contractors, engineers, architects, site managers and other personnel.
• Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and at a high level of quality.
• Monitor progress of work activities on a daily basis to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients throughout the duration of the project to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field such as architecture or engineering is preferred but not essential.
• Proven track record in managing successful construction projects is essential. • Excellent leadership, organizational, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledgeable in all relevant building codes/regulations/laws applicable to the region
