Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager for a position in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the construction process from the inception of the project to its completion, ensuring that it is completed on-time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management with at least 5 years of experience in the construction field. We are open to considering international candidates as well as those with relevant experience within the UAE.

The Construction Manager will manage all aspects of the construction project, including: planning and scheduling; budgeting and financial control; coordination with sub-contractors; site safety supervision; quality assurance; project reporting; and subcontractor payments. He/she must also ensure that all work is completed in accordance with local regulations and building codes.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, be highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and possess a high level of integrity. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
