Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Kindergarten teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Kindergarten teacher. You will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that develop children’s physical, emotional, intellectual and social growth. You should also be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment that encourages learning and positive behavior.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 2+ years of experience teaching kindergarteners
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Ability to work with children of diverse backgrounds
• Must be willing to relocate to Sharjah, UAE (for non-local applicants)

Responsibilities:
• Developing lesson plans that are both age appropriate and engaging for kindergarteners
• Maintaining daily records of children’s progress and behaviors
• Supervising classroom activities to ensure all students are engaged in the lesson
• Establishing positive relationships with students, parents, staff and community members
• Assisting in organizing field trips for the class to enhance learning experiences
