Instrument Technician - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of instrumentation systems and associated components. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of electronics and electrical systems, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of industrial instrumentation technology.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair electronic instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure their proper functioning.
• Interpret customer requirements and design instrumentation systems accordingly.
• Work with engineering staff to develop plans for the installation of new instrumentation systems or modification of existing ones.
• Monitor the performance of instruments using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Analyze data collected from instruments to identify potential problems or areas requiring improvement.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while performing repairs or installations.
• Prepare reports on instrument performance for senior management review.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred but not essential.
• At least 5 years' experience working with electronic instrumentation systems in an industrial setting is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and electronic principles is essential.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints for wiring diagrams is required. • Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary along with strong communication abilities in both verbal & written English language skills (Arabic language skills preferable).

This is a full-time role offering a salary of 1200 per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position if the right candidate meets our criteria.
