We are looking to fill an Optometrist vacancy in Al-Kuwait. We are offering a salary of 1200 and are ready to consider a foreigner for the role.

This position will primarily involve examining patients' eyes, diagnosing vision problems and prescribing corrective lenses. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing advice on general eye care, detecting signs of other medical conditions and providing information on how to protect eyes from injuries and diseases. Additionally, they may be required to assist in fitting contact lenses, advising patients on the appropriate frames and lenses for their vision, and delivering lectures and presentations about eye health and vision care.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, have good problem solving skills as well as a keen eye for detail. They should be knowledgeable in the areas of physiology, optics and ophthalmology as well as having experience with using diagnostic equipment such as retinoscopes, ophthalmoscopes and lensometers. It would also be beneficial if they had experience working in a customer service role before.
