Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations of our restaurant and ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

The Executive Chef will oversee a team of kitchen staff and will be expected to ensure they produce high-quality dishes in a timely manner. The Executive Chef will also need to stay on top of current trends, come up with creative ideas, and design menus that cater to our customers’ needs. Additionally, they must show strong leadership qualities, manage food costs, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Experience in menu development
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
