Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for conducting surveying activities and providing accurate measurements of land areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design, plan and conduct surveys of land areas, using the most up-to-date methods and tools available.
• Interpret survey measurements; create maps, sketches and charts of surveyed areas.
• Design layouts for construction projects.
• Prepare reports of surveyed lands and provide technical advice to clients on land issues.
• Maintain databases of survey results; analyze data and draw conclusions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, protocols and standards regarding surveying activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Geomatics or Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Several years’ experience as a Land Surveyor or related profession is preferred.
• Ability to use computer programs such as AutoCAD/GIS/CAD software efficiently is essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively while meeting tight deadlines.

Salary: 900 SAR per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role with appropriate qualifications/experience required.
