Job Responsibilities
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine the specific welding requirements of each project
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and conformance with specifications
• Maintain welding equipment in good condition
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification from an accredited welding program preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in welding and fabrication work
• Knowledge of various welding processes (TIG, MIG, flux core)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
