Job Summary
Project Manager (1000 AED/Month)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects and leading teams of employees to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop project plans, including goals, timeline, resources, budget, risks and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify project objectives, scope of work, deliverables and timeline.
• Monitor progress and performance metrics on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with team members to set tasks, track progress and ensure accuracy of results.
• Identify potential roadblocks or areas of improvement in the project process.
• Create reports for stakeholders on the progress of projects.
• Ensure all projects adhere to company standards for quality assurance.
• Ensure all documents related to projects are properly stored and archived.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Project Manager role managing multiple projects at once.
• Proven experience creating project plans that delivered successful outcomes on time and within budget.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across departments and locations.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written; able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
