Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including day-to-day management and supervision of staff, overseeing customer service, maintaining standards and procedures, managing budgets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will be responsible for planning marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and ensure maximum profitability.

The successful candidate should have:
• 3 years’ experience in the restaurant industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• A passion for hospitality
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate staff
• Fluency in English
