Position: Restaurant Manager

Salary: 1500 AED

We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a managerial role. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the restaurant staff, while ensuring high standards of customer service, quality control and health & safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan ahead and multitask to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are running smoothly. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage staff in order to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing all daily operations of the restaurant
• Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring that all food is prepared according to standards
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensuring that all health & safety regulations are followed at all times
• Developing marketing plans to increase revenue and customer base
• Developing strategies for improving customer service satisfaction
• Analyzing financial information such as sales figures and cost controls.
