Job Title: Barista
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1300 SAR per month
Description:

We are a newly established cafe in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and we are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The successful candidate should have experience in preparing specialty coffee beverages and be able to create a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, such as cappuccinos, espresso, lattes and other specialty coffees.
• Maintain knowledge of current coffee trends to provide customers with the latest options.
• Understand customer preferences and make recommendations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines when preparing beverages or cleaning equipment.
• Keep the work area tidy at all times.
• Assist with the daily opening and closing of the cafe.
• Place orders for coffee beans and related supplies as needed.
• Follow all customer service protocols when interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Barista in a similar setting.

• Excellent knowledge of coffees from around the world is required.

• Good understanding of beverage presentation techniques is preferred.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality in a busy environment.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide friendly customer service at all times.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidays if required.
