We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and policy enforcement. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in an HR management role or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should have strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of payroll systems is also desirable.
