Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate display and presentation of merchandise in stores, ensuring that product displays are kept up-to-date, and providing feedback on sales and customer feedback.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A valid driver’s license is preferred

Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs, plan displays accordingly, and suggest new products.
• Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and well-stocked.
• Analyze sales data to identify selling opportunities.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest changes where needed.
• Create weekly/monthly reports about merchandise performance.
• Attend trade shows/exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
