We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity to join a successful company with a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to uphold high standards of quality. We are open to considering applicants who do not have prior experience in this role.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Excellent communication abilities

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan menus for daily meals and special occasions according to budget requirements
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Oversee the selection, training, supervision of staff and assess their performance from time to time.
• Estimate food consumption and purchase food supplies accordingly
