Cashier job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled worker


Cashier Position: Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the country and offer a salary of 1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide friendly service
• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and there is adequate change
• Keep track of all transactions by entering them into the POS system accurately
• Resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness of checkout areas
• Assist with stocking shelves or other tasks when needed.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a cashier is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic math skills and attention to detail necessary for accurate money handling
• Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
