The freelancer should be able to effectively communicate ideas, negotiate deals, and develop relationships with clients.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem solving abilities. Knowledge of computer systems and software is essential for this role. A good understanding of web design principles would be an advantage.
