Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly and accurately to customer inquiries
• Research customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate records are kept up to date
• Maintain good relationships with clients by responding promptly to their requests
• Develop creative solutions for customers’ problems in a timely manner
• Monitor customer feedback and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Proven experience as a freelancer or similar role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of computer programming languages such as HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
