Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Caregiver to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide compassionate care to elderly patients in their homes. The caregiver will develop individualized plans based on each patient’s needs and preferences while respecting their autonomy and dignity.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide companionship to elderly patients such as conversing, reading aloud or playing games.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, grooming, dressing, bathing and light housekeeping.
• Monitor patient’s health by taking vital signs or noting any changes in physical or mental status.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor.
• Provide transportation for medical appointments or errands as needed.
• Attend to any other tasks requested by the patient’s family members or healthcare providers.

Qualifications & Experience
• Completion of relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in healthcare is preferred but not required; however previous experience working with elderly patients is essential for this role
• Excellent communication skills and high level of empathy are necessary
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
