Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff members and ensure they are productive at all times
• Monitor performance of the team and provide feedback as needed
• Create detailed reports on progress, issues, and results of projects
• Train new staff members on the company processes, procedures, and products
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations in the workplace

Requirements:
