HR manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, to help create and promote a positive work environment for our staff. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and leadership skills.

At least five years of experience in human resources management is required; with a successful track record of developing and implementing HR strategies. We are looking for someone with the ability to manage all aspects of the HR function including recruitment and selection, payroll, employment law compliance, employee retention and performance management. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate must be able to think strategically while being able to effectively manage day-to-day operations. They must also have the confidence and vision to advise senior management on all aspects of people management. The role will require a strong attention to detail as well as organizational skills in order to ensure accuracy in all areas of responsibility.

The salary for this role is 1800 AED per month, with the possibility of further negotiation depending on experience. We are ready to consider applications from foreigners who meet the criteria outlined above.
